This class is also ideal for clients who require back care, rehabilitation and for clients who have joint issues. It is also an appropriate level for pre-natal (up to 20 weeks), post-natal (post 6 week check).
Improvers
This class takes pilates to the next level where the core stabilisers are challenged further with more progressive movements. In this class you also have the option of using equipment. Toning balls, fitness circle, soft ball, pole and flex-band will be offered. Please note prior knowledge of pilates is essential.
Stability Ball
The core stabilisers will be challenged to the max with a combination of pilates and conditioning exercises on the stability ball. This class is a total challenge for the whole body.
A great sculpting and toning class for all levels.
Fat Burn & Tone
A low impact / intensity fun workout which targets those problem areas. This class uses weights, steps, resistance tubing, body weight, floorbased exercises etc. It is an ideal class for beginners and clients new to exercise.
Power Circuit
A med/high intensity workout which offers the ultimate challenge!!! A total body workout using steps, body bars, wobble boards, weights, floof based exercises gliders and resistance tubing etc combined with explosive plyometric aerobic bursts. This is a must for clients who wish to challenge their current fitness level!! This class is not suitable for beginners.
Chair Exercise
All exercises in this class are executed from your chair with a focus on increasing mobility, flexibility and strength. Seated pilates exercises are also included using soft ball and flex-band. A class suitable for all levels especially for clients with health and joint issues.
