This class is also ideal for clients who require back care, rehabilitation and for clients who have joint issues. It is also an appropriate level for pre-natal (up to 20 weeks), post-natal (post 6 week check).
Improvers
This class takes pilates to the next level where the core stabilisers are challenged further with more progressive movements. In this class you also have the option of using equipment. Toning balls, fitness circle, soft ball, pole and flex-band will be offered. Please note prior knowledge of pilates is essential.
Hi / Lo Circuit
A low impact / intensity fun workout which targets those problem areas. This class uses weights, steps, resistance tubing, body weight, floorbased exercises etc. It is an ideal class for beginners and clients new to exercise.
Power Circuit
A med/high intensity workout which offers the ultimate challenge!!! A total body workout using steps, body bars, wobble boards, weights, floor based exercises gliders and resistance tubing etc combined with explosive plyometric aerobic bursts. This is a must for clients who wish to challenge their current fitness level!! This class is not suitable for beginners.
Yogalates
A strength and stretch programme based on yoga and pilates with relaxation to finish. The focus is on increasing flexibility, strengthening the core muscles and increasing muscular strength and endurance to promote a strong balanced body which is streamlined and maximally alligned. Prior knowledge of exercise is a pre-requesite for this class as it is not suitable for the non exerciser!
